TICKET TRANSFER INFORMATION


HOW CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET?

  • Tickets may be transferred to another individual only through an official request to Burn Boot Camp Headquarters. To request a transfer, email [email protected] between January 14, 2026, and July 15, 2026.

which tickets are eligible for transfer?

  • Eligible: Summit (General Admission) Ticket.
  • Eligible: Franchise Partner only ticket.
  • Not Eligible: VIBO Only Ticket.

What is the transfer deadline?

  • All ticket transfers must be completed by July 15, 2026. No changes to ticketholder names, titles, or gym locations can be made past this date.
  • There will be NO transfers completed on site to ensure a positive, onsite experience for all attendees.

Ticket Purchase Requirements


Required Ticket Purchase

  • Franchise Partners MUST purchase at least one (1) General Admission ticket per signed Franchise Agreement from the Burn Boot Camp Events website.
    • Example 1: if you have five (5) signed Franchise Agreements, you are required to purchase a minimum of five (5) Summit tickets.
    • Example 2: if you have five (5) signed Franchise Agreements but only four (4) open and operational gyms, you are required to purchase a minimum of five (5) Summit tickets.
    • Example 3: if you have a three-location Area Development Agreement but only one (1) signed Franchise Agreement, you are required to purchase a minimum of one (1) Summit ticket.
  • Required ticket purchases not made through the Burn Boot Camp Events website by June 19, 2026, will be automatically debited from the bank account on file on or about July 1, 2026.
  • General Admission Summit tickets purchased from other Franchise Partners will NOT count toward fulfilling this requirement.
  • No discounts or promo codes may be applied to the required ticket purchase.
  • If you purchase multiple tickets to meet your one (1) ticket per Franchise Agreement requirement, one (1) ticket per signed Franchise Agreement must remain assigned to each location governed under a Franchise Agreement (it cannot be transferred).
    • Example 1: if you have five (5) signed Franchise Agreements, you must purchase a minimum of five (5) General Admission Summit tickets, which cannot be transferred to a different gym.

Unpurchased Tickets

  • Franchise Partners who do not purchase a minimum of one General Admission Summit ticket per signed Franchise Agreement from the Burn Boot Camp Events website will be automatically debited for the price of one (1) General Admission Summit ticket per signed Franchise Agreement on or about July 1, 2026, from the bank account on file with HQ.
    • In the event a draft transaction is returned for any reason, the Franchise Partner will be notified via email. The Franchise Partner will have seven (7) calendar days from the date of notification to resolve the issue.
    • If the matter is not resolved within the specified time frame, the location will proceed through the Compliance Process, and any applicable fines will be imposed.

Exemption for Newly Signed Franchise Agreements

  • Franchise Partners who signed a Franchise Agreement on or after June 19, 2026, are not required to purchase a Summit 2026 ticket.

VIBO Seating


Will VIBO seating be assigned again this year?

  • Yes, VIBO seating will be assigned. Teams will be seated together, and we’ll do our best to accommodate multi-unit teams as well. Please note that if a VIBO only ticket is purchased after the sales window closes on June 19, we cannot guarantee that person will be seated with their team(s).

Event Attendance


Who can attend Summit?

  • Summit is an exclusive event for Burn Boot Camp Franchise Partners and their in-gym staff. Tickets are required for all attendees, including Franchise Partners and their team members. Attendance to Summit and Summit Sessions is not permitted for individuals who are not Franchise Partners or in-gym staff.
  • Every attendee must have a badge, and it must be always worn. Badges will be checked before entering all educational breakout sessions.
  • VIBO Award Show Only ticket holders must be accompanied by a Franchise Partner or in-gym Team Member.

Is food provided during Summit?

  • Meals included with standard ticket packages:
    • Friday and Saturday: All registered guests will receive breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday plus 2 drink tickets and a meal for VIBOs
  • Meals included in VIBO Only tickets:
    • Provided food and 2 drink tickets for VIBOs
  • Meals included in Franchise Partner only tickets:
    • All registered guests will receive lunch on Thursday plus 2 additional drink tickets for the Franchise Partner Only cocktail hour Thursday night.

Refunds and Cancellation


Can I get a refund if I cannot attend?

  • Tickets are non-refundable, and all sales are final.

When do I need to have rooms booked by?
