OVERVIEW
Burn University (Burn U) is the core educational offering of Burn Boot Camp. This week-long experience provides Franchise Partners, Operations Managers, and Trainers with the systems and processes needed to operate an efficient, revenue-generating gym—while deepening their passion and understanding of everything Burn Boot Camp offers.
Burn U blends classroom-style instruction with hands-on learning to elevate every attendee. Franchise Partners and Operations Managers gain the tools for operational excellence, while Trainers receive real-time training experience and clarity on their role in operational execution. Attendance is required for Franchise Partners, Managers, and Lead Trainers to ensure consistent delivery of Burn Boot Camp standards across Burn Nation.
Foundational Burn U
Overview
Foundational Burn U is the core educational offering of Burn Boot Camp. This offering is reserved for Franchise Partners/Operating Principals. This week-long experience allows Franchise Partners/Operating Principals to dial in their passion for the brand while equipping learners with practical skills and knowledge essential for success in their business. Burn U combines classroom-style and hands-on learning with a predominately operations-based curriculum.

Resales: Must be an approved buyer
Only Franchise Partners/Operating Principals can attend.

Trainer Burn U
Overview
Trainer Burn U offers an unparalleled week-long immersion where trainers undergo an interactive blend of real-time training, continuous feedback loops, meticulous checklisting, and dynamic classroom-style learning. This intensive program is strategically designed to not only cultivate trainer development but also elevate the execution of the Fitness Product to new heights, ensuring a transformative learning experience.
Registration Requirements
- All Trainers must be onboarded before registering for Burn U.
- Hold current and approved CPR certification and an NCAA-accredited CPT or degree.
- Shadow Trainers or those pursuing initial certification are not eligible.

Renewal Burn U
Overview
Renewal Burn U builds on Foundational Burn U, offering a 3-day training to deepen your mastery of Burn Boot Camp’s Management Methodology—the Burn Operating System. Through actionable insights and practical solutions, you’ll gain tools to evelate your business.
Renewal Burn U is a hands-on workshop-style experience focused on solving real business challenges.
Prerequisites:
Franchise Partners must have completed Foundational Burn U.
Reserved for Franchise Partners in renewal, resales involving existing Franchise Partners, and multi-unit Franchise Partners who have consecutive openings within a 12-month timespan.
Franchise Partners must complete hands-on pre-work that is assigned in their welcome email. This serves as a strategic lauchpad for a focused and impactful learning experience.

Registration for Trainer Burn U does not guarantee a spot in the training. All Trainers must be onboarded to their locations with current, approved credentials. Please wait for HQ approval before booking travel. Welcome emails will be sent 4 weeks before the training begins.
