OVERVIEW
Burn University (Burn U) is the core educational offering of Burn Boot Camp. This week-long experience provides Franchise Partners, Operations Managers, and Trainers with the systems and processes they need to operate an efficient, revenue-generating gym and dial in on their passion while learning everything Burn Boot Camp offers. Burn U combines classroom style and hands-on learning that elevates every attendee. We provide Franchise Partners and Operations Managers with all the tools they need to achieve operational excellence at their gyms. At the same time, Trainers get real-time training experience and understand their role in operational execution. Franchise Partners, Managers, and Head Trainers are required to attend Burn U to ensure consistent execution of Burn Boot Camp standards across Burn Nation.   Â

Fundamental Burn U
OverviewÂ
Fundamental Burn U is the core educational offering of Burn Boot Camp. This offering is reserved for Franchise Partners/Operating Principals. This week-long experience allows Franchise Partners/Operating Principals to dial in their passion for the brand while equipping learners with practical skills and knowledge essential for success in their business. Burn U combines classroom-style and hands-on learning with a predominately operations-based curriculum. Â

Only Franchise Partners/Operating Principals and Trainers will be allowed to attend Burn U weeks.

Trainer Burn U
OverviewÂ
Trainer Burn U offers an unparalleled week-long immersion where trainers undergo an interactive blend of real-time training, continuous feedback loops, meticulous checklisting, and dynamic classroom-style learning. This intensive program is strategically designed to not only cultivate trainer development but also elevate the execution of the Fitness Product to new heights, ensuring a transformative learning experience. The week concludes with the Strength and Conditioning Assessment (SAC). The SAC is a critical differentiator that makes Burn Boot Camp Trainers the top 1%.Â
 Registration Requirements/Who can attend?Â
Please be advised that all trainers will undergo a thorough approval process after registration submission. This will be conducted by our Burn U team before their official registration for the training.
Every location is required to have a Burn U Certified trainer on staff. Any trainer hired at a Burn Boot Camp location with valid and active NCCA-accredited CPT and CPR certifications can attend Burn U. Shadow trainers or trainers working toward their CPT (certification or renewal/re-certification) cannot attend Burn U. Â

Advanced Burn U
OverviewÂ
The curriculum of Advanced Burn U expands on the content taught in Fundamental Burn U. Advanced Burn U is your opportunity to elevate your understanding and mastery of Burn Boot Camp’s Management Methodology – the Burn Operating System. During this 3-day training, actionable insights and practical solutions will meet to propel your business to new heights. Advanced Burn U is an immersive, workshop-style learning experience where we work to solve real and relevant problems within the business. Attending Franchise Partners will be required to complete hands-on pre-work that is designed to directly align with the intricacies of their day-to-day business functions. This pre-work serves as a strategic launchpad, laying the foundation for an immersive and impactful learning journey.
How does Advanced Burn U differ from Fundamental Burn U? Â
The purpose of Advanced Burn University is to expand on knowledge learned in the Fundamental Burn University training. This 3-day training is reserved for Franchise Partners in renewal, resales involving existing Franchise Partners, and multi-unit Franchise Partners who have consecutive openings within a 12-month timespan.Â
