CONVENIENCE: No need to travel or travel expenses occur. Your gym is now your training hub. 

PERSONALIZED EDUCATION: this training is designed to be diagnostic and prescriptive. Our HQ subject matter expert will create customized agendas to meet your gym’s KPIs and goals. 

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING: Paid Onsite Training can be scheduled to fit your busy lifestyle.  

CEUs: We have partnered with NASM so your Trainers can receive CEUs for participating in this training.  

HOW IT WORKS

SIGN UP: Register at events.burnbootcamp.com and select which type of Paid Onsite Training(s) you wish to host.

PERSONAL ASSESSMENT: An HQ Education team member will conduct an initial intake phone call to assess and understand your goals and needs.

CUSTOMIZED PLAN: We’ll create a personalized agenda based on your gym and team members.

TRAINING: Work alongside HQ by participating in needle-moving strategies.

PROGRESS TRACKING: Attend a debrief call with the attending HQ subject matter expert and your Franchise Business Coach to align on next steps.

 

PAID ONSITE TRAINING OPTIONS

Each offering below will include having an HQ team member deploy to individual locations. Paid Onsite Trainings are a total of two days. This can be PM, full day, then AM Camps, or two full AM/PM days.

POT – Sales Education

Focus could include opening (pop-up Camps, lead generation, sales execution), executing day-to-day sales processes (onboarding new team members, asking for the sale), understanding KPIs and drivers, executing promotional sales processes with a heavy emphasis on Member retention, etc.

POT – Operational Support & Education

Focus could include operational excellence in process execution and system management and implementation of the Blue Carpet Experience, diagnosing and treating gaps, executing Blue Carpet Experience Practice Reps.

POT – Fitness Product Education

Focus includes realtime fitness product coaching. HQ Trainer observes Camps and implements real-time feedback opportunities to enhance the training product and improve the Member experience. All Camps are followed by instruction on and implementation of the feedback loop.
