What is the weather like in Charlotte in JULY?
Charlotte summers are warm and humid. Average daytime temperatures range from 70 in the morning to highs of about 90°F in the afternoon. It’s considered the peak of the summer season, and you can expect plenty of sunshine. We recommend packing a lightweight sweatshirt or jacket as the A/C indoors may be chilly.
WAYS TO TRAVEL IN THE CITY
The best ways to get around uptown Charlotte are on foot or by Uber/Lyft which are widely available. The Uptown area is pedestrian-friendly with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance of each other. There are also electric scooters for short-distance trips and a bike-sharing program called B-Cycle, which allows users to rent bikes at various stations throughout the city.
WHAT IS THE CLOSEST AIRPORT TO THE CHARLOTTE CONVENTION CENTER?
Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is approximately 20 minutes (7 miles) from the Charlotte Convention Center. We recommend taking an Uber or Lyft if you do not plan to rent a car.

WHO CAN ATTEND SUMMIT
Burn Boot Camp’s Summit weekend is an exclusive event to Burn Boot Camp Franchise Partners and their in-gym staff. Therefore, you acknowledge that you are purchasing these tickets for yourself and/or your in-gym staff only.
This excludes VIBOs Only tickets, but ticket holder must attend with a Burn Boot Camp Franchise Partner/Team Member.
WHEN AND WHERE IS SUMMIT?
Summit will be held on July 18th-21st at the Charlotte Convention Center.

POP UP SHOP
We are excited to be offering our exclusive Pop-Up Shop at Summit 2024. Hours and availability will be forthcoming as we work to finalize the agenda.
FOOD
Some meals and food will be provided as outlined on the ticket package. Meals included for all registered guests under the standard ticket package are:
- Lunch on Friday
- Breakfast, Lunch and food and 2 drinks during VIBOs
VIBOs Only tickets will include food and 2 drinks during that event only.
HOW SHOULD I PACK FOR SUMMIT?
Let’s see that Burn gear! Summit is a casual event. You’ll see a wide array of Burn shirts and other gear matched with leggings, shorts, or jeans. An extra layer as it can get chilly in the breakout sessions. Battery back-ups for your phone, laptop, and other devices. An extra (mostly empty) suitcase or carry-on bag so you can bring back all your Pop-Up Shop purchases. Travel snacks for any mid-session munchies!

A friendly reminder, that you are required to purchase one (1) ticket per gym location.* If you do not plan to attend, no action is required. Your bank account will be debited the full price registration amount of $549 on July 31st, 2024. We hope you make the most of it and are able to join us in Charlotte, NC!
*If you signed a Franchise Agreement after June 18th, 2024, you will not be required to purchase a Summit 2024 ticket.
WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO PURCHASE TICKETS?
Tickets are available for purchase at the early bird rate of $429 through February 16th, 2024. After this date, prices will increase to $549 and tickets must be purchased before May 17th, 2024 to receive swag at check in. After May 17th, tickets (without swag) will be available for purchase for the full price registration amount of $549 through July 18th, 2024.
AM I ABLE TO GET A REFUND IF I CANNOT ATTEND?
All sales are final. Tickets for Burn Boot Camp Summit 2024 are non-refundable.
TRANSFERRING TICKETS
Tickets may be transferred to another individual, but only by official request to Burn Boot Camp Headquarters. A REQUEST for transfer must be emailed to [email protected] between November 30th, 2023-May 17th, 2024. No changes can be made past this window.
