WHAT IS THE GOAL/OUTCOME OF THE TRAINING?

Our goal is to improve membership growth and team member retention while fostering the confidence of team members in their ability to perform. The training addresses specific gaps in each location, promoting overall team development. 

WHO SHOULD REQUEST PAID ONSITE TRAINING?

All locations are encouraged to request Paid Onsite Training, especially teams facing challenges attending regional training or Summit. This offering is ideal for those seeking to bridge educational gaps within their teams with the assistance of HQ. 

WILL I RECEIVE CEUs FOR ATTENDING?

Yes, all trainers attending the Paid Onsite Training will receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs). After completing the “Paid Onsite Training Follow-up Knowledge Check,” you can download your certificate through the Burn Learning Portal on the Achievements tab.

HOW DO I BEST PREPARE MY TEAM FOR THIS TRAINING?

To get more out of this experience, team members must understand the training goals and outcomes. Beforehand, align all team members on what to expect during the two-day training. You’re encouraged to have as many team members present as possible so everyone can learn how to give effective feedback and ask questions of the HQ Subject Matter Expert.
