REGIONAL TRAINING FAQ

WHAT IS THE GOAL/OUTCOME OF THE TRAINING?

The overarching goal of our regional training is two-fold: first, to empower team members with a deep understanding of the difference between merely checking a box and genuinely filling it – emphasizing not just task completion but comprehensive role mastery. Second, we aim to equip Franchise Partners with an elevated understanding of their team members’ responsibilities and instill the confidence to use the education process for team development effectively.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Our regional training sessions are open to all team members, allowing for diverse perspectives and skill sets to converge. To optimize these sessions, we highly recommend each participating team include at least one member from Operations and Training. This individual will play a pivotal role in assimilating the content and resources presented during the training, ensuring a seamless knowledge transfer to the broader team. This approach fosters a collaborative learning environment and reinforces a culture of development and shared responsibility among team members.

WILL I RECEIVE CEUs FOR ATTENDING?

Yes, all trainers will receive CEUs for attending. You will be able to download the certificate via the Burn Learning Portal upon completion of the Regional Training Follow-up Knowledge Check.
