Athlete Games FAQ

GENERIC INFORMATION

When does spectator check-in start?

    Spectator check-in opens at 7:30 AM each day and closes at 9:00 AM. We recommend arriving early to allow plenty of time for parking, check-in, and getting settled before competition begins.

Are bathrooms available at the venue?

    Yes, restrooms are available on-site throughout the venue. Signage will be posted to help direct you to the nearest facilities.

When will the heat schedule be posted?

    The final heat schedule will be shared no later than October 5, 2026, via email and the event app.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

    Yes, All spectators must complete a waiver prior to entering the venue. Waivers can be completed digitally before the event or on-site during check-in.

Where should I park?

    Free parking will be available on-site. Additional parking information, including maps and arrival details, will be shared closer to the event.

Code of Conduct

    We’re here to connect and celebrate our incredible Burn Boot Camp Trainers! We ask that all Athletes, volunteers, staff, and spectators help us create a positive, respectful, and safe environment throughout the event.
    • Stay in designated spectator areas. Spectators may not enter or cross onto the competition floor unless specifically directed by HQ staff.
    • Follow the direction of HQ staff and volunteers. Our team is there to keep the event safe, organized, and enjoyable for everyone.
    • Practice good sportsmanship and respect. Disrespectful, disruptive, aggressive, or unsportsmanlike behavior toward Athletes, volunteers, staff, or spectators will not be tolerated.
    • Respect event boundaries and instructions. Failure to follow event guidelines or the direction of HQ staff or volunteers may result in removal from the event and/or venue without refund.
    • Thank you for helping us create an incredible experience for our Athletes, families, and the entire Burn Boot Camp community!

TICKET INFORMATION

What is the refund policy?

    All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my ticket?

    Ticket transfers are available through October 9, 2026. To request a ticket transfer, please email Events@burnbootcamp.com.

Is my ticket valid for both days?

    Yes, All spectator tickets are valid for both days of competition, unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase.

What ticket types are available?

    General Admission Ticket: Available to friends, family, and supporters of all ages.
    VIP Pass (if applicable): Includes benefits such as early check-in, early access to the Pop-Up Shop, and access to a premium viewing area.
    Kids Under 3: Children under 3 receive free admission when accompanied by a ticketed adult. A waiver must still be completed for each child under 3 prior to entering the venue.
