Burn University (Burn U) is the core educational offering of Burn Boot Camp. This week-long experience provides Franchise Partners, Operations Managers, and Trainers with the systems and processes they need to operate an efficient, revenue-generating gym and dial in on their passion while learning everything Burn Boot Camp offers. Burn U combines classroom style and hands-on learning that elevates every attendee. We provide Franchise Partners and Operations Managers with all the tools they need to achieve operational excellence at their gyms. At the same time, Trainers get real-time training experience and understand their role in operational execution. Franchise Partners, Managers, and Head Trainers are required to attend Burn U to ensure consistent execution of Burn Boot Camp standards across Burn Nation.

Renewal Burn U

Overview 

The curriculum of Renewal Burn U expands on the content taught in Foundational Burn U. Renewal Burn U is your opportunity to elevate your understanding and mastery of Burn Boot Camp’s Management Methodology – the Burn Operating System. During this 3-day training, actionable insights and practical solutions will meet to propel your business to new heights. Advanced Burn U is an immersive, workshop-style learning experience where we work to solve real and relevant problems within the business. Attending Franchise Partners will be required to complete hands-on pre-work that is designed to directly align with the intricacies of their day-to-day business functions. This pre-work serves as a strategic launchpad, laying the foundation for an immersive and impactful learning journey.

How does Renewal Burn U differ from Fundamental Burn U?  

The purpose of Renewal Burn University is to expand on knowledge learned in the Foundational Burn University training. This 3-day training is reserved for Franchise Partners in renewal, resales involving existing Franchise Partners, and multi-unit Franchise Partners who have consecutive openings within a 12-month timespan.

Approval Emails will be sent out 4 weeks before the training date. 

Please do not book travel or make arrangements until you receive an approval email from HQ.
