HOW MANY BURN U SPOTS ARE AVAILABLE EACH MONTH?

Trainer Burn U is limited to host location capacities for training assignments, which limits the number of available spots in each training. Each month, training locations host a limited number of Burn U Trainers at their gyms. Currently, we have 3 locations that can commit on a rotating monthly cadence, hosting 4-7 Trainers per location, based on the gym’s tenure in our program and Camp schedule. The Burn Headquarters Education team is working diligently to onboard more locations through our onboarding program. We are committed to expanding to additional specialized training locations while prioritizing the integrity of our Burn U program.

HOW ARE TRAINER BURN U SPOTS AWARDED?

After the Trainer’s credentials have been verified (active/up-to-date and valid CPT & CPR are on file with HQ), our team will award our allotted number of spots in the training. Grand Opening gyms will be prioritized for these spots to avoid impacting their opening timeline. All other registrations will be considered for the remaining spots based on the order in which they were received.

How are training assignments determined?

Training assignments are appointed once the final roster has been determined. This approach ensures that each host location is tailored with the Trainers’ expertise in mind, ultimately aiming to ensure Member experience and Trainer impact are consistent.

Who can attend Trainer Burn U?

Every location is required to have a Burn U Certified Trainer on staff. Any Trainer hired at a Burn Boot Camp location with valid and active/up-to-date NCCA-accredited CPT and CPR certifications can attend Burn U. Shadow Trainers or Trainers working toward their CPT (certification or renewal/re-certification) cannot attend Burn U

What if my Trainer’s credentials are expired?

Registration to attend Burn U will not be permitted. All Trainers are required to have valid and active/up-to-date NCCA-accredited CPT and CPR certifications before being registered. Trainers working to renew their credentials will not be approved to attend Burn U.

How much does Trainer Burn U cost? 

The cost to attend Burn U is $300 per day. For any questions regarding complimentary spots, please reach out to the Education Coordinator prior to registering for Burn U.

Locations are awarded complimentary spots that follow the guidelines below:

        • PRE-OPENING – Any gym in the pre-opening phase is granted 3 complimentary spots to Burn U. Any spot beyond the 3 complimentary spots used will be invoiced $1500 to the location.
        • RENEWALS – Any gym in the renewal process is granted 3 complimentary spots to Burn U. Any spot beyond the 3 complimentary spots used will be invoiced $1500 to the location or $900 for Advanced Burn U. Any spots that were available prior to renewal completion will be dissolved.
        • RESALES – Any gym in the resale process is granted 1 complimentary spot to Burn U. Any spot beyond the 1 complimentary spot used will be invoiced $1500 to the location. Any spots that were available prior to resale completion will be dissolved.
        • ADVANCED – Anyone who attends Advanced Burn U may use complimentary spots from opening or renewal OR will be invoiced $900 for the 3-day training if no spots are available.
        • LATE CANCELLATION FEE – Any individual who cancels their spot beyond the registration close date will be charged for 1 full day of training which is $300. While we understand that emergencies can take place, we are restricted to certain capacities at training locations that require us to cap trainings at a certain amount of people. 
        • COMPLIMENTARY SPOTS USED ACROSS MULTIPLE LOCATIONS – Due to the invoicing process, as well as the way HQ keeps track of Go/No-Go, renewal, and resale requirements, we will only be using spots for the location that is being registered for. We will no longer be allowing the use of spots across other locations for multi-unit owners.  
          • An example: You are the Franchise Partner of two locations. Location 1 has no remaining Burn U spots and Location 2 has 2 remaining Burn U spots.
          • If you hire a new Lead Trainer at Location 1 but have no remaining spots at Location 1, you will be charged $1500 to send that trainer to Burn U. We will not use spots for Location 2 to send a Trainer from Location 1 to Burn U, those spots are reserved for Location 2 only. Employee documentation will be required in advance to use spots for employees who work at multiple locations owned by the same Franchise Partner.
